He also anchored live weather segments for national and global CNN networks. Additionally, he Leveraged expertise in WSI Weather Producer and ShowFX technologies to design graphics and produce viewer-friendly segments, including themed and seasonal content.

After more than 17 years in the industry, he created the Weatherman brand, developing the best umbrella on the market today. From researching and conception, through the design process, and meticulously poring over workmanship, Rick has overseen every aspect of the company as founder and CEO. Weatherman launched in November 2017 and sold out of nearly all products in less than 3 weeks. Three models are currently available – the Collapsible, the Stick, and the Golf, with the Mini, set to debut in Spring 2018.
